2. Hosting (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via Cloudflare Pages. When the site is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, volume of data transferred, user agent) in order to deliver the site and ensure the security and stability of the service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and performant operation of the site). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement including standard contractual clauses is in place with Cloudflare. We do not combine server log data with other sources.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No profiling takes place.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (in particular §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB) apply.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact the email address above.
